San Francisco -- Stylist Patrick
Evan of Anawalt Salon specializes in the Japanese hair straightening system, Thermal Reconditioning, offering San Francisco curlytops a chance for strong, soft, silky, straight hair. Patrick has been doing Thermal Reconditioning for well over 2 years and currently performs three treatments a day. He has received advanced training from
the revolutionary Japanese company -YUKO SYSTEM in Beverly Hills and
San Francisco.
Patrick Evan graduated from the
Universal Beauty Academy at age of 18. Patrick next attained extensive training from world
famous haircut specialist Yosh Toya at the YOSH salon on Maiden Lane in San Francisco. Upon completing his advanced training Yosh, Patrick went on to join forces with Lew Gallo Salon. Here he learned the art of styling hair and soon became a member of the artistic design team for KMS Hair care. By the age of 21, Patrick was traveling across the country for KMS as a platform artist teaching up-do's and styling techniques to as many as 1,200 hairstylists per class. Patrick
worked with Lew Gallo for about two years and then decided to become an independent contractor and work
for himself at various salons in San Francisco.
Patrick has contributed his work to many shows including the following:
- Macy's Passport Fashion Shows 1995,
1999, 2001
- Isaac Mizrahi Fall Show - San Francisco 1996
- Wilkes Bashford Fall
Show - San Francisco 1996
- Macy's Junior League Shows - 1993, 1994,
1998
Patrick is now focusing all his
time and energy on Thermal Reconditioning. He works on almost all hair types, and has never been so impressed with a treatment like Thermal Reconditioning."Now
I can create hairstyles for clients that were previously impossible. Suddenly, almost every straight
hair look in any magazine is possible to achieve. I have encountered clients that were used to the same boring haircuts for years because changing would require most boring haircuts because they always used to have to worry about things
like their hair becoming to big or difficult blow drying. Even hard to control, damaged hair can become shiny, soft, wash-and-wear hair and I am thrilled
to offer that to clients," explains Patrick. " I have never seen a
hair treatment that really changes the lives of those who get it done. It is a wonderful
feeling to make my clients so happy."
After thirteen years in the professional
beauty industry, Patrick has found a new passion in the art of Thermal Reconditioning. His mission
for the future is to continue on his pathway to mastership of Thermal Reconditioning and dedicate himself to helping other stylists learn this incredible process.
