Bring Your Own Baby Day
Patrick Evan announced today that beginning June 2nd, the first Tuesday of each month will be BYOB - Bring Your Own Baby Day - at the Patrick Evan Salon. "This means that we'll celebrate Mothers Day 12 times a year instead of just once," said Evan, proud father of the salon's new program. He went on to explain that the new service was developed in partnership with Wondersitter, San Francisco’s premier childcare service, "Now, mothers can come in for a haircut, coloring, highlights, maintamer relaxers, waxing, facials, microderm abrasion, eyelash extension, and deep conditioning services without having to worry about getting a sitter.”

In preparation for the launch of BYOB Day, a portion of the salon’s second floor has been professionally baby-proofed and equipped with age-appropriate toys and play structures. Wondersitter will provide care for infants, toddlers, and children up to 8 years old. “We’ll even have a live skype feed downstairs,” Evan said, “so that moms can watch their children play. Snacks and drinks will be provided – to the kids,” he added hastily, “But if the moms want a cookie, we’ll let them have one, too.”

Fully licensed and insured Wondersitter is San Francisco’s most highly respected childcare service. All sitters undergo extensive screening and have complete local and national background checks. “All of us at the salon are very excited about this unique partnership,” Evan said. “So far as we know, this is the first and only service of its kind anywhere.
